M A NAJEEB is the CEO & Founder of Creative Academy, an Institution offering motivational speaking and training specifically designed for FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) & pharmaceutical companies. He has over Fourteen years of experience working for well known multinational companies like UNILEVER Based at Rotterdam Holland - The Company – Unilever is one of the top 10 companies in the Forbes magazine with more than 500 Brands that touches approximately 200 million consumers daily, Offering Nutrition hygiene and personal care.
Master Foods based in Germany. In the pharmaceutical industry worked for MADRAS based Sresan Pharmaceuticals Company and has had professional training and speaking experience since 1994. He holds Competent Communicator and Competent Leader Degree from TM International California USA and graduate degree in Commerce /an undergraduate Business Degree from India. His work and his Contribution to society have been published in peer-reviewed journals, like the Journal of Ocular Pharmacy and Therapeutics and Arab News /Urdu news Magazines from Saudi Arabia / Siasat Munsif and Ettemad News Papers from India.
Najeeb is a member of the state Speaker's Association, and Toastmasters International, it’s world head quarter at California USA, He also actively volunteers at INDIA FORUM – RIYADH - K.S.A Under the patron of Indian Ambassador M OH Farooq and actively involved in Educational and Cultural activates, two times served as Conference chairmen in Area - 9 Division F & Area - 22 A Annual Speech contests, His first motivational speech was recorded and broad cost from ALL INDIA RADIO in year 1991 when he was studying in collage.
On a personal note, Najeeb enjoys meeting people, adventure travel, reading, public speaking, playing volley ball, horse ridding, special contributions in event management and organization of various local and international events.
Served two times as Vice President of Sahara Toastmasters International.

Meet The Team - David Brown
David has ten years of public speaking experience. He is an award winning competitive speaker who knows how to win over an audience with a message.
Before teaming with Creative academy, David enjoyed 20 years of service for a large corporation; most recently as a Management Analyst and Corporate Trainer. His training curriculums are highly regarded, and have been used as a benchmark for other programs. David also has experience working on a political campaign as a communication consultant. He is known in society as a great motivational speaker.
David served as a Division Lieutenant Governor of Marketing for Toastmasters International, a non-profit organization that teaches speaking and leadership skills. He also mentors up-and-coming competitive speakers as well as inmates who need to improve their skills in order to successfully reintegrate into society. He is a professional speaker
David holds a B.S. in Workforce Education and Training from Southern Illinois University. His other pursuits in life include being a highly motivating Group Exercise Instructor. He enjoys meeting people, backpacking and Tennis & golf.As a speaker, He is a member of the adjunct staff of Olympic College where he teaches Co-Op Courses, Human Relations and Speech classes. He is also an Adjunct instructor for Bates College in Illinois.
